Our fabrication process begins with in-house detailing. We generate all of our shop drawings with industry standard, three-dimensional modeling software. The 3D model is the center of information as the project progresses and is used to automatically generate two-dimensional drawings, communicate with our CNC (Computed Numerically Controlled) drilling and sawing equipment, and provide a central resource for coordinating orders, shipping, and more.

In addition, our steel detailers serve as draftsmen as well as project managers, in order to provide clients with the best source of information for a project.

We run certified material through our state-of-the-art drill lines for the most accurate fabrication possible. Our CNC fabrication lines generate accurate hole placements and cut lengths, and provide layout and placement marks for all materials to be fit to the member. With our CNC tools, we’re able to avoid human error, minimize fabrication issues, and provide precision work.
