In Design-Build, we incorporate all of our history and experience into a seamless process from concept and design to fabrication and support of the project through construction. The design build process minimizes problems, increases communication and collaboration, and brings a more advanced understanding of the process to the project early on. Beyond the basics, we design to the most readily available, and most efficient use of materials and time. By understanding the fabrication and construction process, we can build efficiency into our design. Using these tools in the design phase allows us to generate a better product.

As concepts are developed, so are shop drawings. Typical “request for information” questions that are passed between the fabricator and the engineer are avoided. We manage the process to create the greatest efficiency we can, both in the design process, as well as the fabrication.
